CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
MTX Group is a privately-owned company and is governed by the Executive management team consisting of the Executive Board of Directors (EBD) and the Supervisory Board (SB).
The Executive management team of the group is represented by the CEO, CFO-COO, CSO and the HR Director. The CEO acts independently on behalf of the company while the other board members act always two together.
Due to its lean structure MTX Group enjoys the benefit of quick decision making.
